We have 25 years of experience in media sales, graphic design, and publishing, and have been running our own internal teams, as well as outsourced teams for our UK clients, in South Africa for over five years now.
We have employed hundreds of South Africans through our remote worker program, and our experiences in the South African market have been overwhelmingly positive. We have consistently found, employed and developed employees that are hardworking, professional, polite, determined, loyal, driven, ambitious, eager to learn and conscientious.
These are the qualities we look for in candidates and this is the reason we first set up in Cape Town. Our primary driver was never cost cutting, but it is certainly an important consideration for growth, especially with continuously rising wage structures in the UK.
