OUR
VALUES

Most companies surveyed on their experiences with BPO/SPO providers always identify two main problems; a lack of control over their teams, and employee attrition. We look to eliminate both issues through our 2.0 program.

Colleagues at Work

OUR VALUES

Gro-Pro is committed to treating all our staff, in all geographic locations, with courtesy, fairness and equity. We do not use third party agencies to provide staff. All our employees are hired directly, allowing us to ensure that all our employees our paid competitively and enjoy fair, safe and dignified working conditions. All of our staff, once they have completed their probationary period, are included in our private healthcare scheme.

We cultivate a supportive atmosphere and cohesive team dynamics to ensure employees enjoy coming to work each day. We encourage all of our clients to incentivize employees where possible and we regularly hold away days, team building events and pay appraisals. We firmly believe that paying well and looking after our staff is the best way to address the issue of staff attrition (a major issue in the BPO industry).
